Hideout tickets will be emailed to you a few days before the festival. If you bought the ticket as part of a package, your ticket will be sent directly via email around one week before the festival.

Tickets will be on sale in Spring 2025. For customers who book a package with us, you will get 24-hour priority access before they go on sale elsewhere. You will receive an email with the presale link. For ticket-only bookings, boat party tickets will go live on our website, you will also be notified by email and across our social channels.
Your booking confirmation is emailed to you as soon as you complete your booking and your account is verified. If you cannot find this, please check your junk/spam folders. You can also request another confirmation by logging into your customer account or by emailing [email protected]

You will not be able to purchase individual day tickets for Hideout in advance or at the festival.
Please do not purchase tickets from others/ticket resale sites. You will be refused entry if the name on your ticket does not match up with your ID.
Yes, you can change a name on any booking for a £30 administration fee. The name change deadlines are outlined below regarding each type of booking. To complete a name change, please email [email protected]
Flight booking = 4 months before the festival

Tickets are non-refundable unless you have purchased Refund Protection at the time of booking and meet the criteria to be eligible for a refund. If you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend, please get in touch with [email protected] to request a name change for your booking. (Please be aware that a £30 administration fee applies, and if you have booked a package are subject to increased charges by our flight and accommodation suppliers closer to the event).
Zadar, Split, Zagreb and Pula are the nearest airports. Transfers take you from the airport to the Novalja bus station, where you will exchange your ticket for a festival wristband. You can add transfers to your booking by logging into your customer account.
We offer official Hideout airport transfers from many Croatian airports. Check out our transfers page on our website for full details. On arrival, please present the e-ticket that was emailed to the lead customer. If you have not received this, please email customersupport@hideoutfestival.com
You will not need your passport to book the flights. However, you will need to submit your full passport details correctly (via your customer account) three months before your flight. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to travel.
Flight information such as check-in details, luggage allowance, and your ticket or boarding card will all be emailed to you around two weeks before the festival.
The main towns are Novalja and Gajac. There will be regular shuttle buses from these towns to Zrce Beach, enabling you to get to and from the festival at any time of night. If you would like more information please contact our holidays team on WhatsApp.
Yes, a small deposit will be required per person, in cash, at check-in. Please arrange a check-out time with your landlord when your deposit will be returned to you.

It will roughly take 30 minutes, but we recommend getting the shuttle buses instead, as the walk is along busy roads. Please be sensible and do not walk on your own.
Check-in and out will depend on where you stay, but you can expect check-in to be late afternoon (from 2-4 pm) and check-out to be mid-morning (10 am).
Apartments will be secure and lockable, so your valuables should be fine in your room. Some apartments will also come with safes to store any valuables.
Hideout Festival is on the Croatian island, Pag. It takes place on Zrce beach within four open-air venues Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa and is closest to the town of Novalja.
You will need Euros for all shops, bars, restaurants and festival venues. There is a cash machine on the festival site, plus cash machines and bureau de change offices in Novalja. You will also be able to pay by card / with your phone at all festival venues.
You will need your e-ticket and a valid photo ID. Tickets can be printed or shown on your mobile.
You need to bring your e-ticket and ID that matches the name on the ticket. Entry will not be allowed without these items.
Wristbands will only be issued once, any broken/lost wristbands will not be replaced. Please look after them!
The festival opens every day at 4 pm for pool/day parties, followed by the main festival programme till 5 am.
Yes, the tap water in Croatia is perfectly drinkable.
Shops are a fair bit cheaper for all the daily essentials so expect to pay roughly £8 – £12 for a meal out in Novalja, a bit less for fast food meals.
Beers, cocktails, wine, soft drinks, spirits and water will be available.

The costs will vary depending on which network you are with and what call plan you have. To call a Croatian number from a UK phone, dial 00 385, then the area code and number.

Yes, there is a large car park at Zrce Beach, and is charged per hour. We recommend using the Festival Shuttle Wristband to travel, which you can purchase by logging into your customer account, within extras.
The average temperature during Hideout is around 25oC – 33oC. Please ensure you drink plenty of fluids, apply plenty of sunscreen, bring sunglasses and perhaps a hat to protect you from the sun. Evenings can get a bit cooler, and there is always the possibility of rain, so bring some other suitable clothes should the weather not be quite as we hoped.
The boat parties leave from Novalja harbour. We will provide further details regarding the boat party departure point once the line-up and tickets go on sale.
We are not looking for any members of staff or volunteers for this year’s Hideout Festival. If this does change, we will announce this on our social channels!

Please report it to the local police, as this might be a requirement for your insurance. If you have lost your bank card, make sure you cancel them or speak to a member of staff on the info points, as we have lost property handed in all the time.

Yes, you will need to present a photographic ID there are no exceptions to this.
